wassup

WOOO! completed the single-player campaign of Crysis!!!
now im waiting for its sequel so i can continue the storyline!!! yay

hmm had a random chat over lunch today wif my classmates...where the random topic of literally "The World's End" at 2012...

wah wad is this we are all gonna die at 2012???? Good god, i still want to watch Olympics and European Cup one lei....

now let me debunk the theories y nth will happen on 21st December 2012...the supposedly Death Date

1) The Sun reversing its own magnetic poles due to sunspot cycles will not kill us as it happens once every 11year...goodness gracious me every 11 years!! y still got 6billion ppl still alive and kicking

2) The earth's magnetic field will NOT reverse...this event only happens on an average of once per 250,000 years, the last reversal occurs 780,000 years ago, u do the math...

3)The possibility of a meteor, asteroids or comets hitting Earth on 2012 is as close as negligible...y? cuz 2012 there will only be 1 Near Earth Object, which is an asteroid, and based on the torino scale, it is rated a 2 where the description reads:'A discovery, which may become routine with expanded searches, of an object making a somewhat close but not highly unusual pass near the Earth. While meriting attention by astronomers, there is no cause for public attention or public concern as an actual collision is very unlikely. New telescopic observations very likely will lead to re-assignment to Level 0.'

the few creditable reasons will most likely be:

WWIII: Nuclear War - Complete obliteration of the Planet Earth and the total annihilation of all living things within it

Climate Shift

People set ur minds at ease, as there will not be a repeat fo 65 million years ago...

yoyo ppl

i think i seriously need to rant on this.....

Cloverfield too short? not enuf action? shakey camera instead of the usual 3rd person view? abrupt ending??

SCREW U PPL.......its a GREAT film....the trailer itself is already enuf to pwn most movies, come on admit it if u thought u were watching Heineken commercial until the 40secs where a seismic shock rocked the house..and u realised u were watching a movie trailer...haha PWNED

the name seems so random lmao, its like an allusion to the leprechaun series..

anyway...its refreshing to focus on the escapees point of view instead of the action, come on wads better den having a first person view of escaping from a sky-scraper sized monster? AND having vertigo??? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

i dunno y ppl are complaining, if u want action u most probably would get a lousy film equivalent to Godzilla...

and if u all feel there are many unanswered questions in the movie....dats cause 90% they are planning for a sequel....10% trying to let u guess wad happen...and if u only concentrate on the actions in the film, u all probably failed to realise the film had many cryptic clues pointing to the next scene in the movie..

alrite im seriously waiting for a damn sequel....after the credits, u can hear from a static, dat the monster is still alive...yeah and juz before the movie ended, where they were showing April 27th at the ferris wheel part, u can see something dropping into the water at the right hand corner, i bet the sequel is gonna show us how the monster came about and our last battle wif it....im crossing my fingers dat they dun slaughter the sequel....

i find it much better den AVPR, which was quite overdone and retarded.

Overall, its word-of-mouth marketing campaign is seriously fueling its money intake in the box office, and after the release in US, well-known critics like Roger Ebert, had given it thumbs up.....REVIEW! although he did point up some discrepancies, some which i did notice like how the hell do they have the energy to climb up 57 stories after running arnd Manhattan, and 1 gd point he pointed out...how did the camera survive the onslaught given the nature of the opening sequence?

on a side note from the monster, lets toke more bout the military fiting the monstaz! y do they even bother sending out infantries lol....kanna owned only...anyway i felt that the carpet bombing by the B-2 Spirit was abit useless, come on carpet bombing is more for destroying targets in a row and not a single target duh...they shld have used the Daisy Cutter BLU-82 bomb instead of a tactical nuclear bomb to supposedly 'annihilate' the monster...

YES, im eagerly awaiting its sequel(if there is one)....

Haha...alrite enuf of Cloverfield...
WHO WENT TO DREAM THEATER CONCERT LAST NITE!!!!!!!!!!!!
crap i didnt, bloody wasted sia...
the main reason i didnt go was dat i did not really like their new album, which they were promoting...(pls dun shoot me man)...prefer their earlier albums like Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence and Train of Thoughts

WOOO...wkend is here time to do projs!!!!

Happy New Year to y'all

wasnt able to blog the past few days as i was damn lazy...

after this trip i think walking arnd by urself as such is more adventurous den joining tour agencies and having a tour guide leading u arnd by the nose...hah enuf juz roll the damm pictures...the quality isnt dat gd as its taken wif a phone

Day 1:
Arrived at Heathrow Airport, every1 was very tired as it was a 13hrs flight and suffering from jet lag....took an express train from airport to Paddinton den switched to the metro for the trip to Victoria station, where its a short 5mins walk to our hotel..went out wif my uncle to tabao for the rest of the them as all looked like undead, den went to King's Cross St. Pancras Int station to reschedule our Eurostar ride..

The street which i walked by on the way to the hotel..

A building across the road from my hotel

Day 2:

Coronation Crown of Louis XV

Egyptian Hieroglyphs

And the ONE u all always dream of seeing

Mona Lisa

ok sry for the poor quality, the whole room was filled to the brim wif every1 trying to catch a glimpse of the painting, the security was extremely tight wif a barricade keeping every1 at least 1.5m away from the painting and it was further protected by a 25cm thick glass, no matter how good ur camera is deres no way u can capture the perfect shot due to the bloody reflection of the glass, i got the best position of all as i managed to squeeze my way to the very front but atlas, the stupid glass! SCREW the glass man...

anyway this painting oso caught my attention

i couldnt find the Madonna of the Rocks!!! im regretting it...crap

After the museum we took a bus straight down to Eiffel Tower!!!

wanted to take the lift all the way up to the top of the Tower, but damm it there are thousands of ppl dere queueing too...holy man...in the end juz went back hotel..not so regretful la since im not so interested in the tower aniway, im more into historical structures

Only went 1 place today and dat is the Château de Versailles

The train ticket to Versailles and the passporte to go inside the palace

Inside the palace

The 5th Chapel in the palace, famous for its grand interior and large pipe organ
It was barricaded at the door thus only can shoot through a door, dats y when u see pictures of the chapel every1 will capture almost the same identical copy

Look! a clock embedded on the grass

After leaving Versailles, we took a train and went straight to YES u guess it the 2nd most expensive piece of street in the world Avenue des Champs-Élysées, where all high-end designer goods are found dere, nope not those small small space they rent like in singapore but its 1 building to 1 brand, how ownage was dat OF CUZ the price tag was equally ownage.
